Goodnight Angels

I really love these gorgeous Goodnight Angels by Tone Finnanger. They are an absolute joy to make and SO darned CUTE; so much so, in fact, that I've already cut out a second one. I'll be racing through my chores today hoping to get a little sit down time at my sewing machine later on.

I used some fabric I got free in Sew Home & Style Magazine for the nightshirt and some stripey scraps for the hat and pillow.

Have a great day. I know I plan to :oD

  5. Awwwww, you are just so clever Mrs. H! Your future grandkids are going to just love you. They won't want to go home. Your angel is dreamy and so well sewn.

  7. Just gorgeous Lauren, and great that you were able to use up freebie fabrics too. I have a couple of Tone's books, I must get around to trying a few of the projects, so far I've been a bit scared that I wouldn't manage to make them, you've inspired me to have a go (once I've got all my Christmas cards and gifts finished off !)
