CHOOSE HAPPY!

Morning all

Just a very quick journal page using more stamps from ElenazinskiArt for PaperArtsy and one of Emma Godfrey's great go to sentiments, which are a staple item in my kit. I haven't worried too much about the finishing on this one (good therapy for me as I tend to agonise over such things). It was really just about getting some ideas down on paper. I've left space to add a few bits if the mood takes me....

I made the houses using the square border from ZA03. All I needed to do was add a roof to each square.

I think the little girl looks like she could be holding something... I haven't decided what yet. Balloons are a fairly obvious choice, or maybe flowers...   I may also add some raindrops over daddy monster's head...

MONSTER MASH UP

Well now, Halloween is fast approaching and the ElenaZinski Art family have been rehearsing for their school play....

I've been dying to have a play with  PaperArtsy's chipboard niches so this seemed like the perfect opportunity for a Monster Mash Up. Alongside Elena's fabulous characters I've used stamps by Emma Godfrey, Seth Apter and PaperArtsy Hot Picks. They work so beautifully together, and that's what I love about them.

Aside from that all I needed was some Fresco Finish Paint and PaperArtsy Smoothy card. I've coloured the characters with my Copic Markers and Prismacolour Pencils, which is pretty much my favourite combination but you could colour them however you like with whatever you like. They are just so cool.

I've used a selection of characters from Elena's new collection of stamps. I love the way their expressions look like they're having their photo taken.

A NEW TOPIC AT PAPERARTSY! DIES

COLOUR ME HAPPY!

I've been driving everybody mad at PA HQ this last week naming all the new characters in their latest range of stamps. I think this little chap looks like a Mortimer.  He's one of the amazing creations from the very first stamp set (ZA01) by Elenazinski Art. What can I say? I'm completely addicted. It's LURVE!!!!

This sentiment from HotPicks 1604 is just perfect, don't you think.. Shame I didn't stamp it straight. Ho Hum... Next time maybe ;oD

I've used a combination of Prima Confections, Fresco Finish Paints and Prismacolour Pencils on a greyboard panel from That's Crafty for this and I'm pretty pleased with it as a starting point. Can't wait to play some more and, with so many great characters to choose from, I'm unlikely to run out of ideas any time soon. Woohoo! COLOUR ME HAPPY!!!
